Growing up with parents who were active in the industry for over 30 years, Julia’s path to real estate was paved early on. After earning her MBA from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, she spent a decade in healthcare before moving to Richmond, Virginia, where she began a 14-year career as a math teacher in Chesterfield County Public Schools.
